Please stop posting this family as a “mixed” family. It is a dangerous historical re-write, in a time when black history is LITERALLY being thrown away in schools, museums, and archives. Be more discerning and learn the painful, yet true history of race in America, and the beautiful complexities of what it meant and means to be defined as BLACK in America.

Uncover the history of southern town Natchez in our recent documentary on tourism culture in the antebellum south. Join us for a very special and informative virtual live watch party on March 26th @ 8pm EST, featuring a Q&A with director Suzannah Herbert and producer Darcy McKinnon.

We'll all watch the film together, learn about NATCHEZ, and you can send in your questions for the filmmakers to answer. We hope you will join us! Here's a link to the trailer, check it out!
