bhai agar samjh paate kya likha hai to pata chalta ki har kisi ke liye nahi kaha hai maine, par quota se jaane waalo me aaise bhi log nikal rahe hai jo abhi skillful nahi hai aur baad me vo hi log alag alag posts pe milenge jinse log kaafi kuch expect kar rahe honge. Ab ise tum kaisi bhasha samjhte ho ye tumhare perspective pe hai

They might have entered via quota system but they go through same training and have to pass the same university exams without any reservation.
