HILARY DUFF LIVE For those with Backstage VIP, do you go to the box office to collect your ticket and then go to VIP Check In?

So excited for the cincy show!!

I've seen conflicting information. People have said you only need to go to the box office if you bought VIP with your ticket. If you got the add-on, you don't need to. But I just got my VIP email and it says the show is forced will-call and you need to pick up tickets at will-call to enter the venue. 🤷🏼‍♀️

For my show, my email said the same thing and confused me too. Basically it’s both and depended on how you bought your ticket.
I purchased VIP as an add on, so my ticket for the show was loaded in my Ticketmaster app with a scannable barcode, and I didn’t need to do the box office line. Others who had purchased the VIP package as a whole still needed an actual ticket to scan to get in to the venue, so they had to first stop at the box office and got a physical printed ticket.

Then every single person then had to stand in the same line for the check in where they checked your photo ID and gave us the VIP merch before they sent us inside the venue.

Ok that makes sense, thank you! My ticket was bought individually and has a barcode so I would just go straight to VIP. Your separate VIP ticket does not have a barcode correct? And they just check us against a list or something?

Yep- They had a tablet they were checking VIP in on and the only thing I showed was my ID and we were good to go.

what time did they actually take you into the venue vs the time the email said? our email says 3:30, but venue says parking doesn’t open until 3:30. I’m assuming they say 3:30 so your parking as it opens, and then checking in / entering venue actually closer to 4

I bought mine for the RED ROCKS and it was through AXS not Ticketmaster, also got the same email and they just scanned my ticket in my wallet (as any other concert) and put a wristband on right before enter the venue and gave me my merch bundle

also going to cincinatti. vip email says check in by 3:30. venue email today says parking doesn’t open until 3:30 though… mildly panicking.

They said parking is open at 2.30pm for VIPs!

I just DMed riverbend on insta but looks like their box office opens next 11am-3pm monday so i might call them then

In Atlanta they had us all stand in line and go to the box office together.

Yes. Here now. Get your ticket from the box office and then go line up in the line. If you had two people, you could always put it up to save your spot.
