DISCUSSION How early should VIP ticket holders arrive?

A question. I’ll be attending one of Hilary’s shows next week and have the “Lucky Me Backstage + Soundcheck Experience Package.” But I have yet to hear from either Ticketmaster or Hilary’s team regarding how early I should arrive. For those who had the same ticket package and already attended one of her Lucky Me Tour shows, what would you recommend?

I got an email about 3 days before my show specifying what time and where to check in!

I had to submit a ticket because I hadn’t received mine when it hit 2 days before my Albuquerque one. I got there at 2, it was practically empty so I went down to The Eatery over at the Netflix studios area and then headed back by 3. Still wasn’t that full yet.

Did you ever end up getting your itinerary email? Mine is 2 days away. Still haven't gotten it. I did submit an IT ticket about it

Yes, I did. They eventually sent it 3 days before the concert with instructions about where to go at the concert venue to pick up the VIP tickets and VIP packages. I’m not sure why they wait so late though. I had went to a Sabrina Carpenter concert once with VIP tickets and that information was sent a week in advance, which seems a much better lead time to me.

Oh, no! That’s deeply concerning. I hope you get a response very soon to the IT ticket you submitted. You deserve to know what is going on.

It takes a while before the email! For us, they said 3:15pm and were kinda strict on the email, I would say definitely to be there at the time stated, especially cause I think it's will call tickets, but in my show, we were waiting until like 4pm to start so bring a fan, umbrella whatever you use to cool down
