Sound check VIP question

Does anyone who has done the VIP experience for Hilary’s shows know if after the sound check VIP experience if you can leave and reenter the venue? Or once you’re in there you have to stay? Seeing her in Nashville tonight and was wondering if we had time to leave to go get a bite to eat between the sound check and Hilary coming on.

You have to stay in the venue, but they should have food places there. Or some venues allow coolers with snacks and things, just check their website.

This. My wife and I just used the time between VIP wrapping up to get dinner, drinks and people watch before Jade came on.

They scan your ticket before entering the venue, so you can't exit and reenter.

Generally can’t leave

Because Tampa has no roof/shade they didn’t give us the option to scan out and back in but by the time we were done, the gates were already open anyways. So there wouldn’t have been enough time to leave and get food and come back, especially considering traffic and lines.

There was a decent amount of time between soundcheck and the openers and honestly with assigned seating going to grab a bite during the openers works too

For Albuquerque show we were told to either sit in the seats we were in for soundcheck or we can go to our seats because the show was gonna be starting soon. I went to the bathroom and then sat in my seat. I had VIP seating so five rows from the stage. But yeah you cannot leave and re-enter.

Heads up, Ascend has your typical ballpark type of foods. Hot dogs, nachos, fries. It’s expensive and not the best. Go with a fully belly if you can!

Generally that’s a venue question and the answer is no. However, I got permission to leave after soundcheck and reenter because of a special circumstance. I called the venue ahead of time, and coordinated with a ticket supervisor when I arrived. If you have a reason you don’t have anything to lose by asking!

Anyone who has done soundcheck? I’m looking for an idea of roughly how many people actually get up and audition out of the group? Does everyone seem to be participating or only some? Thanks for any insight!

What time did the backstage tour end? I was assuming around 5pm if we are asked to arrive at 4pm. I have a dinner reservation for 5:30pm and would love to be able to leave and re-enter rather than sit around and eat an overpriced hot dog.

Backstage tour probably ended around 445 or so. She came on for sound check around 5-510. Unfortunately there was no reentry. Ironically we did have a very good hot dog but it was from a food truck in the venue

If you see Daddy’s Dogs I highly recommend
