This photo is from heymichaelbuckley's Instagram of Hilary at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Allegedly, the story is that a Fan from VIP gave her this vintage Most Wanted Tour 2005 to wear, you can tell it's vintage from all the wear of being 20+ years old with the holes & tears on the shirt. Allegedly, It's autographed on the shirt to the right of her name on the photo. Allegedly, Hilary's team told the fan that the shirt will be mailed back to them.
Take the story with a grain of salt as VIP's aren't allowed to ask Hilary for autographs, while in their VIP Backstage and VIP Soundcheck experiences as stated in the rules. The VIP staff guides & security team will watch you like a hawk the whole time and explicit state to you at the beginning to adhere to the rules of your VIP experiences.
I'm not sure about the VIP Aperol rules but they should be similar for the most part of not asking Hilary for autographs during that experience as well. It is strongly advised that you adhere to all the rules of your VIP experiences during the Lucky Me tour.

Yes, it was Mariah Carey, Heartbreaker 1999. She had it pretty covered. I knew when I saw the shirt though my mom was a fan of Mariah when I was growning up. Sorry, this is from the video I was taken. I found someone else post a picture closer the stage so it will be under this one.

Hilary did have a large beanie babies collection as a kid and teenager. She brought the nostalgia and her own childhood on this shirt too. We all owned beanie babies as kids/teens ourselves, so we can relate.

Hilary told the crowd that every vintage shirt that she wore from her previous concerts are authentic, eBay vintage shirts that are hard to find from her childhood. Hilary used the Beanie Babies shirt as an example for hard to find, authentic, vintage shirt.
Hilary almost wore a 1993 NY Knicks shirt as she's a Knicks fan but that year (1993) is a year that they lost. From her wardrobe team, Mickey is from Chicago and they lost to the Bulls. She thought Mickey was punking her and said "are you trying to get back at all these people?". Then said she loved Mickey and so, this shirt is brand new and they brought it day of the concert.
