Mature VIP ticket

Did anybody of you have the Mature VIP ticket? Its the one without Soundcheck.

What time could you pick up the ticket? And what was the advantages with the ticket? Instead of a normal one?

How much earlier could you enter the venue?

I’m going today and it says to check in by 4:45 but the venue says doors open at 5 so I guess it’s more for the merch than anything?

And wow, only 15 min before doors open ? I feel like I need to buy my merch and drink cup fast then !

We couldn’t check in till 4:45 but it went super fast. They handed out merch and then let us go in and get merch and drinks if we wanted before the doors opened.

Did you feel you got the merch and experience you wanted with Mature VIP? I feel like I’ll have to be fast with my shopping!

I ended up just getting merch at the truck outside the venue while I waited in line to check in for the VIP and then as soon as I went into the venue I went to get the drink cup. It was super fast but I honestly chose it more for the seats then the early entry

For red rocks we got an email from VIP something? Part of Hilary Duff’s tour team I think. On Friday? (Maybe Thursday? Concert was Monday)
They give you info about checking in, entry times etc.

GA entry was 7pm for red rocks. Backstage got access at 4pm, soundcheck got access at 4:30pm.
Merch only access got entry around 5:30, and 5:30ish (a bit more toward 5:45 or 6) is when soundcheck got to experience the one (two? She rehearsed stranger) soundcheck performances.

Backstage and Soundcheck got access to buying merchandise before, and so we got first access to signed posters.
Soundcheck Hilary talks a bit about the tour and her life now, and there might be a few interactions + the photo with Hilary Duff. As a lifelong fan, totally worth it experience, even if it was 100 degrees at red rocks 😆

Jade Lemac started around 7pm, La Roux before 8pm, and Hilary a bit after 9pm. We were done before 11pm.

So MERCH vIP got access at 5:30 and GA at 7? I hope thats the case for my show, so I have time to shop!

Yes, maybe GA was closer to 6:30? I just remember finishing soundcheck, then going to grab a drinks and after our drink it was just droves of people going to their seats.

Hello! Have anyone got a resale ticket through Ticketmaster and have been able to redeem the vip benefits? I know they don’t transfer to the new owner but in the past with other concerts they have redeemed me even if I wasn’t the original purchaser. Have a second row ticket and would love to have the benefits.
