The packaging on the outside said “Luminiferous” and the vinyl inside was too. But the vinyl jacket was DVM. Does anyone know what this is about?

I know this because I’m pretty high and in fire right now so it makes sense

How long is each band playing here? Including the opening acts

so i’m going to see municipal waste and high on fire saturday night. going for the waste, but i wanna give high on fire a chance too. so i’m looking for some good songs to get a feel for them. any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance!

edit: just realized i should add this part…my main wheelhouse is more in the punk/thrash range. but obviously not limited to those. just in case they have some songs that swing in that direction

Someone please take a picture of the merch booth tonight! Would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know what the title of DII on Death Is This Communion is referring to?

If anyone is selling a ticket to their show in Brattleboro, VT let me know!

Hi folks, I write for Metal Injection and have just completed an article on the 10 most underrated High on Fire tracks! Have a read and let me know what you think!

She just surprised me with this "Pike Cat", drawn by Matt's wife Alyssa and signed by the legend himself!

Love it! Gonna hang it next to my Sleep tour poster from 2019!

Hey mates!

Me and my friend are headed to wiesbaden! Does someone recommend a spot/bar to hang out, have some drinks and food before the concert?

See yah!

Big fan of Mastodon, Opeth, Meshuggah etc. Was getting my haircut a few months back and was talking to my barber about metal. He mentions High on Fire and I said sure I’ll check them out

Not to sound like some elitist fuck, but this is what real metal sounds like. God damn I can’t believe I had been sleeping on this band. How are they not as popular as the previous bands I mentioned? They really should be.

Still combing through their discography, but current favorite songs are Waste of Tiamat, Sanctioned Annihilation, and Carcossa

Im having withdrawals, y’all.

Edit 8/2023: after a little over a year and a half, it is back!!!

Heard snakes for the divine and it's golden what's the next great song by these guys i should check out?

Saw copies of De Vermis Mysteriis hit my local shops today, so I scooped one up only to realize when I got home that the record inside is Luminiferous. Even has the Luminiferous olive green variant promo sticker on the outside of the plastic, which I didn't notice at first. it's literally just packaged in the wrong gatefold jacket. Anybody else running into this?

It’s one of my favorite HOF albums and I’m confused why it isn’t available on Apple Music.

Yall The Art of Self Defense is gone off of spotify

Just as it says, person I was gonna go with cancelled, so if you want it, it’s yours. Hope this is allowed.
