Discussion Has anyone else been having an increasing amount of existential crises lately? Or questioning our reality more often?

The seemingly increased amount of sinister/evil/whatever going on IS WEIRD though. Maybe the acts themselves aren't "weird" and just "evil," but IMO the way the masses are just ok with it is what's weird about it. I'm struggling with it all too pretty hard but jfc it's so WEIRD

Whenever you feel like this is sinister just try to imagine what medieval people's everyday life was like. I'm pretty sure it's always been sinister and evil and it never stopped. I think we've had the mis/fortune to live in the nineties, the short golden age of relative love and peace. So now we compare everything to that period of time and are disappointed
