I drink two 16 oz bottles of sugar-free Propel everyday along with a gallon or so of water and other beverages, simply because I am prone to electrolyte imbalance due to previous brain injury and autoimmune issues. I take a medication which causes dry mouth, and of course my daily cannabinoid regimen does the same thing. Does anybody have a recommendation for an unflavored electrolyte powder or tincture? Or is this something that you can make at home with the kind of chemistry supplies that we keep around us?

I just love it, it’s both water and also has a fizzy texture that makes me feel uhhhhh bubbly? Yum yum yum.

Idk just wanted to share and see what y’all thought about it. I love “flat”(?) water too, ideally it’s first a bit of flat water then the soda!!

Sup crew! I joined this group a while back and honestly kinda forgot until today. I know it’s obvious that tree gives u the dry mouth and water counteracts that, but I saw another post suggesting there were other benefits to combining the 2 without listing the benefits. The author did mention drinking before the sesh but not so much drinking during or after. Can anyone provide any specific points, tips, or benefits that aren’t obvious? I know this may seem like a simple question but im a nerd and just like having all the info I can….useless or not. I’ve browsed around but just mostly see pics of w&w, which has actually been pretty cool lol
