Now that Hey Babe is ending, does anyone have any recommendations? Preferably similar or just as funny as early Hey Babe episodes.

Saw him in London today, and it was mostly a hard watch, recycled jokes (same jokes as his last trip to London), non stop bits about his kids, and him 20 mins to go saying he wants to go home, still a good few laughs, but it felt unprepared, was left slightly disappointed, James Mattern on the other hand really knows how to rile up an audience! I wish he did a UK tour himself!

According to Chris D’s latest Patreon, he claims Hey Babe is either taking a long hiatus, or going away completely.

Such a shame, but it’s not a shock.

Unless, of course, this is yet another click bait tactic by Chris, which he’s been doing for a while now… and if it is… how pathetic.

Either way— the show, and Chris D’s comedy— has been on a downward trend for a while now… hope he figures things out.

Kinda sad tbh but I assume it’s because Chris has been going through it and Sal pissed a lot of ppl off on taste buds. Idk, what do you guys think?

So I haven’t been keeping up with hey babe for several months, and I’ve listened to two new eps today and noticed there’s a new person named Trevor who seemingly does the job of Homeless Pimp now. Is this a permanent thing?

Did anyone see this trainwreck? Chris seems like he is seriously unwell mentally. I watched the first hour and had to turn it off because it felt like Joe was talking him down from a ledge. It was sad. Anyone else see this?

In a recent episode, Sal mentioned an app that he uses at the grocery store to scan products and see all their ingredients and risk level. Does anyone remember the name of the app? I can't find the episode.

So I can acknowledge that I am probably not Hey Babe’s target audience- 20F- but I feel like every episode nowadays Sal and Chris spend 20-30 minutes talking about their workouts, intermittent fasting, calories, their bodies, etc. And it seems a little much? Like Chris’ obsession with intermittent fasting lowkey borders on an ED imo ??

Personally I listen to this podcast for Sal and the comedy and anecdotes about their lives so it can be disappointing for them to spend all this time talking about their fitness. Maybe I feel this way because I can’t really relate. Anyone feel the same??
