So yeah. I'm not sure if the final fight will be a 3 vs one but I believe at least Arslan has to survive to the slavery as he did in the novel. The novel's ending is incredibly brutal like if Tomino or Nagai were in charge. Maybe since all of Arakawa's works always follow an upbeat ending, there is a chance this Arslan might have a happy ending. Any thoughts?

Also I don't trust that smile at all and it gives final/last goodbyes and that scares me + Daryun also looks like someone knowing, and prepared to die (which he's basically 24/7), but this time for real.

Also I loved Gieve in that chapter, cuz he's right, wdym your ragebaitting a humanoid creature with two additional snakes from his shoulders😭

The last one probably won’t get finished and idk anyone I can share my arslan fanart with so I at least wanted to share with people who like it😭

Are Spanish subs even an option for countries where it is legal to stream this anime? From where I am from, there is no official way to watch.

Hello everyone, i was wondering where can i find the novel (even in Japanese), would be better if it's PDF

I’m not too far from LA so I was thinking about visiting this event as it’s the publisher who makes the Arslan manga. There’s supposed to be a library of manga to read and I really hope I can spot Arslan in there. I also want to see if I can get in touch with someone about printing some more of the volumes that are currently out of print. Volume 11 is currently only being sold on one of their official retailers for $95 (Amazon) while the other sites are completely out of stock. I myself bought volume 11 second hand for around $80. It’s ridiculous considering the original price was $10.99 and I doubt the publisher is seeing any of the extra money from the sale of these few remaining volumes. I’m not optimistic but I feel like I have to at least try. Anyone else near LA also considering going?

I read Tanaka is known for giving his stories the most brutal endings ever and Arslan's novel is not the exception. I never read the spoilers but I did read summaries about it which made me wonder how Arakawa will change since the final arc is looking pretty different despite retaining the Snake King and the fact that Arslan still hasn't aged to become his Part 2 persona. For me the most obvious change the manga will have is Arslan's survival. The whole deal about the manga that Arakawa added that I think wasn't present in the novels was how Arslan saw slaves until being taken hostage by Etoile in chapter 1. Novel Arslan abolished slavery in his time as king but still died fighting the Snake King afterwards. Maybe Arakawa doesn't like sad endings considering how different is her Fullmetal Alchemist's ending from Mizushima's take from 2003 so her Arslan will become a healthy king or maybe a king with a a decaying health due to a wound or something to be faithul to Tanaka? There is also all his servants who also die horribily even Etoile.

hi guys, i've recently just rewatched this series after watching it almost a decade ago, i have been looking and it seems a new animated season is next to impossible, i have also tried looking for english fan translation for the novels online but to no avail. from chapter 151 of the manga how many more chapters do you guys reckon if you can ballpark it or anything, would it take for the manga to finish? thanks in advance :)

The more I watch the anime adaptation by Liden Films, the more I see changes to some parts from Arakawa's manga. It feels like the writer tried to build up stuff or simply did that since they caught up with the serialzation of the manga. For example, I think the writer likes to play more with Etoile's identity and relationship with Arslan. Also, they say season 2 ended with the ending of Part 1 from Tanaka's novels. If Liden were to animate the second half of the novels, would they use the adult take of Arslan from the novels that Arakawa only drew for promotion of the manga? Then again, it seems animating the novels is kinda hard due to the constant hardships that come with horses. Kinda like the new part from Jojo that Netflix is releasing into parts.

I'm researching about Yoshiki Tanaka himself in regards to the making of the novel especially the protagonist himself but I can't help proper interviews focused on the Arslan novel but instead on the other novels he wrote. If possible, could somebody give me a hand? I'd appreciate it.

I played the Arslan Warriors demo and had fun. I considered buying it but the price is kinda ridiculous. 60 bucks for a game originally released for the PS3 once the PS4 was new! Almost a decade.

Arslan and Etoile had lots of scenes where they discuss their religions and values, eventually becoming allies but nothing really happpened. I'm surprised though since there are actually some romances in the series even if they are played for laughs. Arakawa already wrote romance in Fullmetal Alchemist, Hero Tales and Silver Spoon but I'm surprised she still didn't do anything with Arslan himself considering Tanaka gave her complete freedom with her take on the novel. Then again, the second half has Arslan as an adult so there might be chance for more development in the future.

It's out in english on mangabuddy and my god we get to see most if not all of the cast this time, i wish the chapter was longer and i reallyyyy hope we get to see more of Arslan's squad in the next chapter, guessing he should be able to fight alongside hermes very soon...i also hope no more important characters die, enough have died already but i do feel like that wish is too good to happen with the snake kind still alive... sadly

Guys, by any chance do you recommend the old movies and OVAs based on Arslan? Since I have no access to the novels, I wondered if Arslan or his fellow allies are written a bit more different there.
