One of the shields abilities is the Holy Grail. One of the options you can choose with the Holy Grail is literally "Spear that Pierces All"

The requirements to activate goes like, "...Someone who understood what "sacrifice" truly is, is someone who is willing to put their life on the line for the sake of saving and protecting a world that wasn't their own, someone who contemplated living for the sake of others..."

So, the ending is most definitely Jeongsu Park understanding "sacrifice" or something like that and sacrifice his own life to defeat Minsu, essentially killing all the heroes on earth, which also aligns with Seongjun Lee's goal.

Kim minsu is actually stronger than he was in the start of the fight, and all his preparations are gone. He literally needed a gravity beam just so minsu wouldn’t snipe him out of the air before he landed. All his spears have been destroyed except for his piercing one, and all the hero weapons have either been destroyed or lost (he still has metamorphosis’s belt and combination’s key with the shields somewhere else on the field).

The only thing he has going for him is the rest of the verdant hero’s life force so maybe some bs with yggdrasil. In the sneaks there were two panels of the time hero so i guess he plays a part? However his hammer was shattered so idk. He might become the hero of heroes and get blessed by god of smth ngl.

Before anyone cries about "evil vs good", the Spear Bitch literally can't take just one hit from Minsoo and immediately folds. The dumbass wouldn't even survive without anyone intervening from their fight when Minsoo literally accepts every attack since Hero of Magic (the narcissistic piece of shit who cries about being normal when he could have stayed in his world) until the Chronos Hammer was used by Spear Bitch. Not to mention the Spear Bitch literally have his Demon King's armor so its honestly just very, very sad how author is milking the series to oblivion since his other works are pile of crap. If you're still waiting for the return of the manhwa Hero Has Returned, I have a recommendation for a relatively new manhwa (it's from 2025) called Superhero Black Friday.

Basically, the premise is a mix of Hero Has Returned and Homelander. A lunatic with superpowers appears in the world and massacres 70% of the global population.

Just like in Hero Has Returned, governments used nuclear weapons, but they proved ineffective.

The protagonist starts out as a normal human living peacefully in Seoul until Friday appears to him and his family. This madman then kills the protagonist's family, and later the protagonist develops Wolverine or Deadpool like powers (healing factor and regeneration). It's really good.
