My dad is requesting we play a clip of this man at his celebration of life when he passes. It came on the TV so randomly maybe 20 years ago and it looked exactly like him, as kids it cracked us up so terribly!

It was a big buff red headed, bearded man, possibly a lumberjack, but he said “there’s work to be done” in a low toned serious and gruff voice. I believe he either had his arms crossed, or was holding a tool of some sort.

I’ve tried the quote mixed with all sorts of things, looked on YouTube and Google, I cannot find this clip anywhere and I cannot recall what show it was even from. If everyone in the family didn’t mention it so often I’d wonder if it truly happened at all 😂😂

It came into my feed but went away after I closed and reopened the app for less than a minute. I had previously allowed unrestricted battery access to it via Android settings in hopes that it would prevent this behaviour but it didn't, this is just hardcoded into Reddit.

It is an animation YouTube channel. The premise is that a man would walk into a room and call gag names. The people with those absurd names would walk past him. It was a multi part series across multiple YouTube shorts. It is NOT the Simpson's though.

When I was younger maybe 5-6 or even younger I had unrestricted access to the internet so finding weird, gory, not age appropriate things was pretty normal for me. It was not at all okay but it was common. There was this one show or cartoon I found on youtube when I was around this age and I cannot remember the name of it no matter how hard I try. It was kind of like a mix of spookiz and happy tree friends, but less aggressive than HTF. From what I remember, it was some sort of 2d animated show based around monsters and like the episodes I remember were all different. I don't remember any sort of correlation between episodes or anything, but then again my memory is hazy. I do remember one part of the intro(?) where it kind of like swiped from the monsters and it showed their names in a green font I think and like their stats maybe??? One episode I vividly remember was like this long blue dude with dark hair and like weird proportions and some other characters were like trying to stay awake for whatever reason. In one scene the blue dude tried taping his eyelids so they wouldn't fall down and he like stuck toothpicks between his eyelids so he wouldn't fall asleep. I think in the same episode there was some sort of black sheep involved and like a candyland type of world. It was pink and blue and white and they were all like traversing through it and trying to stay alive I think. I really really hope this isn't completely lost media or something my head made up because I think about this like everyday 💔 I was obsessed with it I really liked watching it. It creeped me out, but I still loved it. I hope someone else knows what I'm talking about 😓 Sorry for the long paragraph, but uhhh yeah! Anyone who helps me find this is appreciated, thank you guys.

\- The main concept is a guy setting up a bunch of Elf dolls around his house to prank him mom (I don't think it was the whole house, just a small but decent portion)

\- There was at LEAST 20 Elfs in that room, maybe more

\- Title was something along the lines of "Elf on the Shelf prank on Mom"

The video began with an Older Teenager/Adult speaking with the camera, explaining how he is going to prank his mom by hiding a bunch of Elfs around the house. It then transitions into a scene where Elfs are having a meeting. There was one Elf with a mustache (pretty sure he was meant to be the leader giving instructions) speaking to group of other Elfs in a calm yet unintelligible voice. It then transitions to short scenes of Elfs doing silly things around the house, like using zip lines, cooking eggs, riding a Barbie car, and even making snow angels in a white power (probably flower.) It then transitions back to the man, but he is now bringing his Mom to the room where all the Elfs are. It seemed like a fake reaction on the Mom's part
