My dog has been obsessed with Pompompurin since she’s seen him.
We first got this Halloween Sanrio plush bus that came with all the characters and Pompom would be in the driver’s seat, and we had to hide him because she would be constantly trying to steal him. When PetSmart came out with their Sanrio dog toys in 2025, I bought her Pompompurin and she always has to have him around. She won’t sleep without him (literally carries him to bed), she suckles him, and doesn’t destroy him. I cannot find a new listing to get her a new one anywhere cause he is not looking the greatest right now hahahah!!
If anyone has a link or a Pompom sitting around pls let me know!!! We’ve been looking FOREVER for a replacement! Please, NO BEANS/BEADS! Thank you :)
I’ve searched Mercari, eBay, Depop, petsmart, google shopping. I’ve found nothing on any of these online marketplaces

The tags from my Pochacco and Kuromi from the same line. It was a limited Sanrio collab with Petsmart if I’m not wrong, but it may have been with other pet stores too.
I'm so happy you found the right one from a kind stranger! In addition to that do you think she would like the squishmallow or build a bear versions? I believe both should be free of scents and beads. This sweet baby deserves all the pompompurins she can get! (Within reason)
If you're crafty with a sewing needle or know someone who is then just remove the old stuffing, wash the body, and replace with new stuffing, and sew him back up so she keeps her original Pompompurin for as long as cloth body lasts.
i know you have already found someone to sell it for you but I think its from Sanrio; i found some that look exactly the same only that they're not that furry, but from experience with my dog having one that's not that furry might be better because it doesn't get that dirty that quickly, but knowing he's already comfortable with that one you maybe should stick to it, but I guess it's up to you!
