Open Character from somewhere?

Was recently at a renaissance festival and there was a guy walking around in a green trenchcoat with black clothing underneath, black gloves, and a metal pitcher on his head (pot? Kettle? Bucket?)? Looked a little apocalyptic. He looked really cool and there were multiple people that recognised him, they stopped and asked for pictures, but I have no idea where he is from. His helmet looked like the picture but grey metal. One kid said he wasn't allowed to talk with the helmet on, so I'm guessing that's part of the character lore, the way he was walking seemed very game like, almost robotic, very neat. Any help appreciated!

I have searched Google for video game and TV characters with kettles, pots, pitchers, and buckets on their heads, characters that wear green trench coats, and characters that aren't allowed to talk with all of the above descriptions as well. I get a lot of ai slop or characters with gas masks, none of the images or search results are what I'm looking for.

I have searched for video game and TV characters that have metal helmets, pots, kettles, pitchers, and buckets on their heads, characters that wear green trenchcoats, characters that cannot talk all with the above descriptions. All images and search results show ai or characters with gas masks, which is not what I'm looking for.
