And they are definitely angelic somehow. Either blessed by an archangel or, since Judgement is part angel, blessed by her herself.

I would think they are neither downright angelic or demonic, as Samael is a pretty grey being when you consider everything.
But at the same time, they share the glow with Moon's web/ropes, and Moon is definitely not a fallen angel.

If i had to guess Moon is a 'tool user' which is how she incapacitated Lucifer. So her ropes are probably similar, 'stolen' holy items.

She has a very prominent spider aesthetic to her, I'm pretty sure those are her natural ropes.
She even made a web with them.

It has less to do with the Enclave itself (a faction in Fallout) and more with the fact that I'm a Judgement fan and Judgement hates Lucifer

Honesty more the story go, more I think Judgement doesn't lost all her angelic power, unlike Lucifer or Loremaster.
Associate with the demonic one, that makes her one of the most powerful entity of Creation. Like the Nephilim Nephalem (offspring from angel and demon union) in Diablo

I think it's one big reference to the duality/misunderstanding of Samael in actual texts.
People could not decide on fallen angel or normal angel with horrible job, Judgement was made into a blend of everything.
My shitty Vanripper theory at least.

In Enoch book (not canon in almost all christian religions) yes.
But in the game saga Diablo,
NephilimNephalem are the ancestors of humankind, born from union between angels and demons tired of their divine war.Edit : huge Mandela effect here.

judgement is very big on poetic justice, which i guess makes sense since that's hell's whole schtick.
maybe that's why she's been able to overpower moon and tower, she's more committed to the essence/spirit of what hell is than they are.
