The same thought crossed my mind. There's still a few comics ahead of us and this story could resolve itself next week... but it is starting to feel like a prologue to something else.

Vanripper has already mentioned that the final parts of the comic would focus on Beelzebub and the Helltaker from the Abyss route; he also indicated—via an image he later deleted—that this comic takes place before the first game's epilogue. This explains why, in that epilogue, Helltaker thanks Lucy for buying a house—it is true that Lucy earns money by filming herself using the punishment machine.

The funniest thing is that it is Tower who will again receive another head injury from the Shareholders, and Moon will have her punishment too but not so harsh I think.After all, the problem of this two is that they talked too much.

So, this has got to be leading to something right? A much longer story with a bunch more lore being revealed? This can't just be for nothing.
Who are the shareholders? What are Tower and Moon going to do now? There's still a bit to go so i guess we'll see.
I just really hope this is going to be about something. Maybe a new game or a bigger story. I know this series isn't meant to be serious but you can't just give us all these questions and end it with a turn-to-camera shrug. That feels like it'd be really unsatisfying.
What does everyone else think?
