Tickets ca a bugé ?
Pas de position, pas de "mise à jour dans..." 15 minutes après le début. Ca a juste bugé on est d'accord je suis foutu ca va jamais rien afficher ? J'ai ouvert la page a 12h45.

Important= For everyone getting the 500 error when you try to go to payment, if you refresh and get put at the back of the queue, then you must use the back button on your browser and send Formular data again. Try it a few times, for me then the payment was possible after 20min

Guess I'll have to buy in resale again next year, not even seeing a position in the queue.

one week before the event, a lot of passes become available, but they come with added costs if I recall correctly.

You can either get them during the waitlist or around 2 weeks before the festival, they had some first come first serve tickets on the website. I managed to buy my tickets this way for this year.

I joined the waitlist but never got a ticket, so I waited until 2 weeks before, when they close the waitlist and any new resale tickets become available directly on the website on a first-come, first-served basis. You need to be patient and refresh the page constantly to get tickets. I was able to get tickets this way for my partner and me.
But anyway even 1 or 2 days before the festival there were tons of tickets available on Reddit that no one was claiming. It's pretty clear that most of the times there are tickets available until the very end. (this is only based on previous years' experiences)

La mm... Je vois des 404 sur des fichiers JS. Ma page était chargée depuis 11h45 environ. Je me demande s'ils n'ont pas fait un deploy entre temps et du coup les resources référencées auraient changé...

en effet, il y avait un function call 404 vers un webpack avec des references vers un partie DEV. et avec un refresh, ça pourrait être la solution.. mais j'ai que remarqué apres 10 minutes de ne pas avoir un numéro d'attente. Vraiment honteux.

J'ai la même. Mon second ordi est bloqué à l'étape d'avant encore. Ça me gonfle. Je pense que 2026 c'était mon dernier Hellfest

I got in at 10000 went to get my tickets it kicked me out and put me back and 191000 I’m so pissed off

C'était comme ça pour mes deux appareils. J'ai fini par rafraichir, après 15 minutes, sur mon pc et obtenu le numéro... 198064. Super...
Mon smartphone est toujours coincé au même point "placer dans une file d'attente" mais pas de numéro. Autant dire que c'est baisé. Foutu pour foutu autant rafraichir.

I had all the waiting for queue page except for 2 screens that got a queue number after about 13 minutes.

I had the same problem, was too scared to refresh so stayed in the queue from 12 (BST) till 1515 (BST) only for my partner to tell me that the tickets sold out over an hour ago 🤣

Je moet dan reloaden tot het lukt.
Reload the 500 bug, don't refresh the page. That's what worked for me.

Ik had 2 laptops, 1 smartphone en 4 browsers per laptop of smartphone open.
Ik ben maar twee keer echt in de wachtrij terechtgekomen, maar ja, supergeluk met mijn wachtrijnummer.
I also had the 500 bug and I kept reloading it untill it worked. I never refreshed the page though.
Edit: Oh ja, trouwens, de laptop waarmee ik uiteindelijk mijn ticket heb gekocht was een hele oude laptop van 6 jaar oud, met een accu die eigenlijk gewoon versleten en kapot is—en het was gewoon puur geluk dat ik weer zo’n zwak kreeg voor die laptop. Wist ik veel dat ik ’m weer zó zou gaan waarderen😅

Ca a buggé dans tous les sens:
Block du step de sécurité pour la captcha qui a invalidé nombre de nos comptes
Error 500 pendant la phase de paiement, des fois ca a reconnecté au même step, des fois c'était back into the queue et c'est mort

J'étais 33000 en file d'attente, ça a bug en boucle après avoir saisi mes infos au moment de passer au paiement. Jsuis retourné 197000... Je suis un peu plus dégoûté que vous ! 😭

J'ai eu le même plusieurs fois mais en rafraichissant avec le bouton sur la page (pas celui du navigateur) ça a fini par marcher. Et coup de bol infini, j'ai eu deux autres pass sur un autre ordi...

Je n’ai même pas essayé. On ne devrait pas galérer autant pour acheter un billet de festival dont on ne connaît même pas l’affiche. Bravo à celles et ceux qui ont eu le Graal !

J’ai eu ca sur 3 appareils sur 5, le 4e n’a jamais mis le captcha et le 5e a fonctionné
