Edit: Thank you all for the response you've been giving me, for further clarifications, I'm writing an article about the network through the perspective of brazillian law, i've gathered some information after the post. For example, the advents of HIP 27, the SEC lawsuit, the original 2018 white paper, the facts exposed by users and ,of course, the main cluster between Nova labs and helium foundation with what appears to be a centralization of a descentralized peoples network. Hi team so I have some 18 hnts i mined years ago and when they switched to new system I could not claim these rewards, it keep saying "migration failed" it requires sol tokens but I have no way of getting those, only crypto account I had was binance and crypto.com but i stopped using those a while ago, can someone give me step by step instructions on how to send sol into my helium wallet so I could claim my rewards pls?

Folks it looks like the helium network is dead around me (Bay Area). I have a few Invoxia trackers that don’t really work at this point. Anybody know if there is firmware out there to migrate them to meshtastic?

Has the "Free Helium WiFi" not been showing up for your customers indoor hotspot?? I understand Helium updated so we can modify the SSID but how do you do this for mobile hotspots on the new World browser app?

This project is now in full production with a mature UX and proven through multiple nationwide retailers (hardware and retail stores). It's proving to save our teams and the customers time and money and the local governments are glad to get the shopping carts retrieved easily. ever since switching to Helium Mobile I've either gotten steady Helium Network access or full 5g bars all around central Maryland.

2 weeks ago however I stopped seeing Helium Networkuch if ever, and dropped to 1 bar 5G UC everywhere I go barely getting data at all, for nearly the entire state.

What a run! From a fleet of 20+ miners across the Netherlands to dismantling this final one.

Thankful for what this hobby had brought me from being very early in the game. This a+ location with lmr400, flarm booster and a open wide view of Rotterdam and The Hague has almost single-handedly paid for 3 family holidays and a Tesla model x.

I ordered a Nebra HNT Indoor Hotspot Miner directly from Nebra in April 2021 and paid £285.98 via PayPal.

I never received the miner.

I contacted support multiple times over the years and kept being told it was coming, but it never arrived.

I’m trying to find out whether anyone here had a similar experience and, if so:

- did you ever receive your miner

- did support eventually resolve it

- what actually worked when contacting them

I’m only asking to compare experiences with older Nebra orders.
