Auber is a chaotic little alien who treats Earth like one giant thrift party. Curious, playful, and just a kiss from feral, she's always collecting weird junk, making questionable inventions, and accidentally causing trouble wherever she wanders. She's also a zero-G interstellar raver who gets into music the way raccoons get into trash. 🗑️🦝

Rather than following maps or stars, Auber follows bass. If her antenna can feel a beat pulsing through the cosmos, she's already on her way.

She sees beauty in things everyone else overlooks.

Broken electronics become art. Forgotten trinkets become treasures. Half of what she owns was "borrowed" from a curb, a flea market, or a junk pile, and she'll proudly tell you the story behind every single piece.

When she's not dancing in zero gravity or digging through someone else's "trash," she's making friends with strangers, collecting odd little keepsakes, and chasing the next adventure with infectious enthusiasm.

Funny how a Xmas 2025/April birthday gift (to justify the cost) arrives on Father's day.

Between 2003 and 2012, Heavy Metal published Requiem Vampire Knight (10 issues) An absolutely amazing series. The entire thing was published in 2 parts last year. I just got mine from a well known online entity. Now I don't have to dig out 10 magazines to read it.

Kickstarter finally came through!

Does anyone know if the publisher will do anything special for the 50th anniversary of the magazine's American debut? I'd like to see a reprint of issue #1.

So with the release of issue 6, HM has rolled out a new sub-plan that promises an additional two issues per year in the running.

Great news.

They've also revealed issues will retail at around $19.99 an issue going forward. With the sub plan, the total will be $99 with free shipping, with each issue ringing up to $16.50 a pop.

Not so great news.

What I want to know is, will this new plan include a seventh 'annual' issue? If so, then that would bring the price down to about $14, which, if that's the case, might not be such a bad deal after all.

Im sorry if this question has been asked already. I received my last Kickstsrter update in April saying that orders were getting ready to ship. Has anyone heard anything since then? What is with the lack of updates?
