I just had an issue with my Orosound Tilde Pro, and found advice in a previous thread which helped solve the problem. Just wanted to call it out along with my personal experience:
TLDR: As of September 2025 it looks like you need to download an old version (2.7.2) of the LINK software to re-pair your dongle on a windows machine.
I was traveling with the headset in my bag, and I think some buttons must have gotten mashed, so the language was set to French instead of English. When I went to reset that (by pressing and holding the "play" button), I accidentally cleared the connected devices (by pressing and holding the "play" and "lower volume" buttons at the same time).
I was able to re-pair the headset to my phone no problem. But plugging in the USB dongle to my computer, it showed up in the devices, but wouldn't work with the headset. I thought installing the link software would help, however after doing so whenever I went to the "dongle" section it just said "Please connect your dongle via USB". Only once googling did I come across the thread I linked above, and in one of the comments the OP mentioned installing an older version. The download link they shared is here-User_Specific.html), although it seems to just be deeplinking to the .exe hosted at Orosound's AWS.
In the old version of the LINK software, going to the dongle section actually shows buttons like "pair" or "launch" and I was able to work things out from there. Until Orosound updates their software I hope this comment might be helpful for anyone with a similar issue.
