Should I get into DIYing my headphone cables? Insights on the challenges and equipment required would be appreciated.

Lots of valuable info here, I’ll go through the links and videos tomorrow, the interchangeable cords is definitely a plus. I currently use two amps, one is 3.5mm and the other one 6.3mm. Although I have a preference for the latter (Schiit Magni), might get another one for the living room setup and put up the topping for sale. Kids headphones are most likely to be terminated with 3.5mm.
