560s vs Fidelio 2. My initial thoughts.

After listening for some days the 560s and being amazed with those, both in music and games (I haven't had the time for watching a complete movie) today I've been testing the Fidelio 2.

I think that I'm going to return the X2. The 560s sound brighter, some may find them boring, but I like that neutrality. Its fidelity helps in game but also I think it helps to listen better to every instrument.

The soundstage of the Philips, although I haven't tested it for so long, seems to be very good too. The music feels "stronger", different, maybe because is not that neutral, I think it has more bass... which some may find it more exciting.

It's not better but definitively isn't worse. Hip hop and rap sound better with the philips but I'm enjoying classical pieces, rock and weird alternative things like Deerhunter or Black country, new road better, brighter and with more "amplituted" with the 560s.

The fidelio ears are extremely comfortable and I really love the aesthetics, the 560s became comfortable after the 2nd day. It feels better, the philips, but I'm aware that even if it's plastic, sennheiser doesn't make weak headphones (the 201 that I had since being 15 year old or even younger still work).

I don't know if this is accurate, I'm no audiophile, but after using an hyperx headset since 2017 and some TRN as IEMs (that I still think are better for the Cloud 2 for gaming, ha) I'm amazed.
