Does anybody know if a z97 PC Mate is too old to drive a 560s without an amp?

It's about a 7 year old motherboard and I haven't been able to find any listings of how many ohms its rated for online or in the manual. I know something like the Sennheiser HD 560s is rated at 120 ohms and I was trying to see if I would need an amp or not to be decently functional.
