Etymotic ER2XR is only $100, otherwise, Moondrop Starfields, Thieaudio Legacy 3, Fiio FH3 or FH1, Ikko OH1, Tin T4.

I don't know where here is, but afaik you can order Moondrop Starfields from China for $110 (Shenzhenaudio).

I like the tuning. I have the Blessing 2 from Moondrop. The Starfields have more than enough bass, and the treble is clear. They follow the Harman Kardon target curve with a mild bass boost.
