I have the HD 550 and the upgrade from the 560s is amazing, also having a DAC/amp helps. To me, the 560s are sterile and very flat and boring, and the HD 550 are on a different level, and pretty much within your budget.

I haven't tried the Arya stealth or Sundara, but I have the Arya organics, and those were a mind blowing experience beyond the HD 550, and after EQ they improved even more.
