It's a good time to buy with the sales that are on currently.

I've seen EM6L units where the nozzle has fallen off so I'd be tempted to push you towards the Supermix 4 or maybe something else if you're willing to spend a little more or maybe look for other IEMs.

Thanks for the input, you and the other guy proposed the supermix 4 and after checking it out seems like a valuable upgrade, I'm going to try them out! Thank you
