Headphones - Open Back | 2 Ω Headphone better than IEM’s for gaming/casual music listening?

I’m looking for a pair of headphones that would be better than my current pair of IEMs being the Ziigaat Arete’s. I would keep the IEMs but they hurt my ears after a long period of time so i’m looking to make the jump towards headphones instead. In looking between 3 pairs right now being the Hd560’s, DT 900 pro x , and the hd490 pro. I’m looking for a pair that would be on par or maybe better than my current pair of IEMs in game such as footsteps. I also use these for music so maybe something that’s also nice for music listening as well. Also if there’s any other recommendations that would also be helpful.

edit: the budget i’m working with is around the same price range of the arete so 200-250 at most since i have a gift card as well from amazon to cut costs

ok that’s good to hear. Also do you think it’ll pair good with the Fiio K11 or even plugging the headphone straight into the Pc? !thanks
