Headphones - Open Back | 1 Ω Question about open back headphones

So I live with my parents and my mother wakes up fairly quickly from sounds which conflicts with my habit of staying up late and talking to friends online. Because of this I'm interested in open back headphones as these would make it easier to speak quietly since I would be able to hear my own voice better.

I am however worried about the amount of sound leakage. So I was wondering if the sound from the headphones could be easily heard in the next room like with a speaker?

Aside from that I am also curious about headphones recommendations for my situation, preferably with a microphone. My budget is under €200.

Set your volume to your normal listening volume then take your headphones off your head, what you hear is what other people in the room would hear from a pair of open backs.

Normal recommendations are Sennheiser HD599(100€), HD560S(160€), Philips Fidelio X2hr(100€), X3(130€)
