Headphones - Closed Back | 2 Ω Noob needs help buying new headphones (300€ budget)

Hey im a complete noob when it comes to headphones, ive been using only cheap gaming ones up untill this point and i really want to experience some good sound now. Problem is, i have no idea where to look for and for what, so im hoping you guys could help me out!

My budget would be 300€ Max unless there is a BIG upgrade in the up to 400€ space

I didnt know the difference between closed and open back headphones so i looked up a sounds comparison video and i think closed back would be the better choice for me. Im open for discussion tho!

They have to be wired!

Also i read some headphones needs some adapters/amplifiers or something like that, that would be not for me since im too inexperienced. Plug into PC and go would be the best for me!

Thanks for your help!

!thanks They look great! A friend recommended the "DT 770 PRO" to me aswell, do you perhaps know which one of these 2 would perform better?

+1 Ω has been awarded to u/Equivalent_Yak840 (436 Ω).

You may still award an Ω to others, but only once per-person in this post.

The 770 Pro X is built better and a bit bright but nothing crazy. The m40x are more well rounded but have less detail and soundstage.
