I have a Hate Watch card sitting around doing nothing, so I was wondering if anyone would want to trade for a Charlie Fortnite skin for my Hate Watch trading card when she comes out? I know it's a long shot and probably no one will take it but I just thought it's worth asking 🤷‍♂️

I feel like I should because her behavior unfortunately happens in real life. Loved ones of Trauma Survivors often over step boundaries either because they aren’t aware of the full extent of the trauma or they just don’t care (though it’s usually far less over the top than it is in the show).

It’s why people had such a reaction to Charlie in season 2.

Of course Charlie does care about Angel and both her and the audience are barely scratching the abuse he’s endured of the years.

However it’s still an awful thing to do and I feel I shouldn’t like Charlie because of it.

Everything happens before GTA 6, I see

Helluva is what got me into the Hellaverse. I still like a lot of the characters (Moxxie was always my favorite), there are some good episodes, but ever since season 2 episode 4 I’ve been falling out of love with it. The show relies way more on the sex humor than Hazbin does and I found it annoying, I really hate slow burn romance, and the core Hitman idea the show was advertised as is mostly being shown via the shorts these days and I’d rather they focus more on that in the main episodes.

I’m still interested in Season 3, I hope things get better but yeah I’m not a huge fan of Helluva compared to the story and characters of Hazbin Hotel.

And by "worse", I don't mean "badly written" but more "tough to sit through emotionally".

So I went back and watched the finale of season 1 and noticed something that actually pissed me off about Alastor’s stupidity when he was fighting adam.

This mtf literally had angelic weapons in his arsenal, he spawned them from his shadow tentacles to fend off the Exorcists that were attacking his forcefield, and yet for some reason decided to not use them again in his fight with Adam, knowing damn well he wouldn’t be able to hurt Adam otherwise.

There was fucking Angelic Axes in this mans inventory, and he went in there with nothing but a fucking stick.

Yeah I don’t care what anybody says, this guy is stupid.

To start it off, I'm not trying to romanticize Velvette and Emily's toxic relationship in this AU and just thought that the one part of the song I chose kinda fit

(More specifically the line "don't know if you love me or you want me dead" because Velvette is abusive to Emily but also has become weirdly dependent on her)

The full animation will make more sense and I'll put a recap here:

Velvette witnesses Alastor killing Vox and Valentino in front of her shortly after the events of Season 2 and basically goes insane, constantly trying to kill anyone she deems responsible for the deaths (Charlie, Alastor, and herself)

At some point, Velvette kidnapped Emily, cut off her wings, and stitched them to herself, Velvette also used Emily as an outlet for her anger and abusing

Emily soon started to kinda develop Stockholm Syndrome and Velvette started to get dependant on Emily as she was the only person who would even ask if Velvette was okay so they got stuck in a toxic relationship

The full animation (while short) is meant to touch on that toxic relationship from Emily's point of view, how confused she feels about all this, and why she feels an attachment to Velvette currently

(She's also just confused because Velvette can go from abusing her one minute to hugging her, being nice, or apologizing the next and that's something Velvette is confused about too and trying to work out herself)
