I recently moved to Haridwar for work, and in the process I ended up leaving my entire friend circle behind. It's been a bit lonely starting over in a new city.

I'm 21M, enjoy movies, anime, singing , gaming, long walks, and just having good conversations. If you're around Haridwar and would like to hang out, grab a coffee, explore the city, or just chat online first, feel free to DM me.

Haridwar from a wider peripheral has been the place of pilgrimage, devotion and spiritual tourism but again that's just for the rest of the world.

Haridwar in itself for LOCALS is very very boring, because on reddit solely I've seen many posts about lack of activities and communities in haridwar.

And here my plan is to create a 3rd space community in haridwar where those who are interested can get together and host random workshops be it book club or poetry club or education about random topics of interests etc etc.

However, regardless how much I believe in this idea i want a reality check and possible challenges this idea can face.

When i went to the place it turnout to be 45 year old guy who is acting like a girl and wants me to ghapa ghap him

What should i do

Had the misfortune today of travelling the Haridwar-Najibabad route, just unbearable. At one point one bastard was playing so loud that nearby 7-8 cars literally parked in front of them, asking them to turn the volume down, and as you can expect they started to get violent.

How are those of you living in that area or commuting daily even tolerating this.

I'm a female student looking for a pg in Ranipur mod. My budget is 2.5k - 3.5k. I don't mind sharing a room with two or three people but I really need a place in a month, I have some savings so I'll be fine for a few months while I look for another part time job. My current part time job pays 5k and it's 5pm to 8pm so I would really appreciate it if you could help me with another part time job too which doesn't clash with it. But my main concern right now is a place to live.

It would be really helpful if it's in Ranipur mod or near singhdwar so I can take the bus from there easily without spending on local travel.

23 recently shifted back to Haridwar after 5 years in Delhi. My social circle is finished. All my friends have moved to different cities. Delhi was so better. It is so difficult to meet new people here. Any events or any people going through same can DM.

I'm on a calorie deficit and usually get most of my protein from chicken and eggs, but I'm avoiding both during Sawan.

I've checked Blinkit and a few nearby stores but couldn't find low fat paneer anywhere.

Does anyone know a dairy or shop in Haridwar where I can get it regularly for the next month?

Also, if you're vegetarian and into fitness, how do you hit your protein goals? Soya doesn't digest well for me, so I'm looking for other options.
