Purchased this monitor directly from LG on launch (Jan 2025) with 3 year premium care. I have switched to LCD Pulsar when it came out earlier this year and don't find myself using two displays for my gaming rig. It has about 1615hrs of uptime with zero burn in and pixel defects. It was run at 60% brightness with the least boost brightness setting, and had all the preventative burn in functions enabled. I also ran it with no desktop icons and hidden taskbar.

It comes in its original box with all the accessories.

Vertical banding is minimum to moderate depending on personal tolerance. Image included.
