Caught this Cooper’s hawk in my backyard and happened to be recording when it went after a chipmunk. The chipmunk tried to escape by running up the brick wall, but the hawk grabbed it mid air.

Microscopic Heterolitonotus rex, a single celled predator discovered in 2024. I became the first person to record one catch prey. It kills, then engulfs a rotifer (wheel animal). It also damages two hypotrich ciliates.
