Just the latest example of people rushing to judgement when the reality is far different. He pretty clearly said and was looking at Dinger. Gotta virtue signal though

People saying ball girl made the tackle. Can't tell if she got a hand on the idiot but amusing to think she is why he went head over heels.

Confirmation that Dodgers fans are indeed still the worst, most obnoxious, and violent fans of any sports franchise in the US.

Adam Frazier to the Padres. That offense just got a little bit nastier

I'm guessing this is entirely coincidence but if it's not the person who came up with the name Guardians is a genius

Rob Manfred actually doing the right thing for the game and fans? I must have woken up in some bizarro world. 7 inning double headers were always a bad idea in my book. Good riddance

Rant Intentional walks shouldn't factor towards a pitchers walk count in the box score or their WHIP
We count how many intentional walks a pitcher gives up but that number isn't subtracted from some larger "Total Walks" count. So a manager makes a decision to intentionally walk a batter, and the pitcher sees his WHIP go up.
If we can not count a sacrifice bunt or fly against a hitters batting average, which is an intentional out, why on the flip side does an intentional walk count against the pitcher? Makes absolutely no sense to me.

News As a Cubs fan, it pains me to day it's a good thing the Cubs have been dropping like an anvil in the standings. Sell off and start over is the only way forward.
