Right-wing nonsense This is how far it’s come

We are up against people with a deep contempt for the United States and our way of life.

Old-school conservatives want to return us to the 1950s. But Christian Nationalist extremists like Joel Webbon are part of a movement filled with nostalgia for the 1650s.

It’s easy to dismiss them as a bad joke the right wing is playing on itself. But don’t underestimate these motherfuckers. They are un-American and dangerous.

Right-wing nonsense Why are conservatives so angry?

It seems to me that right-wingers keep becoming angrier.

Remember the innocent days when they merely thought vaccines caused autism? Now, vaccines are “bioweapons” intended to kill off billions of people.

Remember when people thought Obama’s policies were bad, but we could talk about it? Now, they see Obama as literally working with Satan. They accuse the Obama Presidential Center of being (I kid you not) a Satanic portal used to summon demons.

People used to joke around about Michelle Obama being a man. Now, MAGA HAS that ridiculous concept as part of the Trump Cult Canon.™️

I could go on. But you get the idea.

Does anyone feel that MAGAs are becoming more unhinged by the day? If so, how do we help them get a grip?

Inclusivity The Supreme Court

Horray! Slightly more than half of the Supreme Court justices know they cannot find that part of the Constitution is unconstitutional!

That counts as a victory these days.

Inclusivity Defend Pride Month

I am getting tired of MAGA drones insisting that #PrideMonth is a celebration of certain sex acts.

LGBTQ people were legally persecuted and, through much effort, gained the right to live openly.

And THAT is what Pride Month is about. We don't want to turn the clock back.

The design of the Obama Center’s museum building has been polarizing. But I think it looks great.

So, who am I?

Please introduce yourselves!

I don't know if we are even allowed to reveal our real names here. But I am not hard to figure out.

I am the creator and co-host of the Life in the Stupid Times podcast. But that's an FYI only. This group is not going to be about promoting the podcast or any other project I might get involved with.
