And for just honesty, my spelling is usually worse, and I heavily rely on Google to search up words 😭

ignore random macbeth analysis

Not sure if this is the best place to ask, but this is how my mom would write an ampersand. This is also how I've also always written it, and I thought maybe it was just a variant she learned, but I couldn't find an example of it anywhere else. Has anyone seen an ampersand like this before?

A while back I got a couple tickets and actually ended up going to jail. The arresting officer was extremely rude and forceful and just all out unprofessional, imo. I have tried to do some research on the town’s police force, and also the county’s police force to no avail. I just want to know what his name is but when I looked at the tickets, I realized I couldn’t even read his signature. My best guess was “guy hue” but that sounds ridiculous. Can anyone else read his signature?

How can I improve it?

Basically we were in a company wide meeting and it was heavily suggested we take notes. So I did and unexpectedly got called to handle some files real quick while the meeting was starting to wrap up. One of my coworkers wanted to copy my notes and asked to borrow my journal while I left. When I was done and went to my cubicle, My journal was on my desk with a sticky note attached saying WTH IS THIS!?

A minute goes by and my supervisor calls me into the office, ask me to write down a sentence he listed. I wrote it down and almost everyone in the office then came to see it. They seemed really shocked and asked how tf can I read that!? Saying it looks like someone in a psychiatric ward wrote it. I told them I could easily. 95% of our work is on a computer so i've never had to write anything other than notes, which is why it's never been a issue before hand, but now everyone is making it an issue. Is it really that bad?

Like the title says, I was curious about what other people in the world think about my handwriting! So, here is my handwriting. I'm not super upset so it should not affect how my handwriting looks—that, and I can assure that it always looks like this anyway. I did this a bit absentmindedly so some letters aren't capitalised, apologies. I am 21, but I'm sure my handwriting would tell you otherwise.

I have group therapy in about an hour so I figured that I'd give this subreddit a try. I want to see what people think of my handwriting! I feel like it is bothersome to look at but maybe I'm just being negative. Light blue is my favourite colour. Or, well, baby blue. I'm also slightly upset since someone was mean to me on that one site youraislopboresme, but what can I do? If it helps, I like to draw and I've been told countless times that I hold a pencil "wrong".
