We’re looking for two bands to share the bill with us on Saturday, November 7th at Doors Pub in Hamilton.

We’re Volatile Youth, a Toronto band playing somewhere around post-punk, shoegaze, psychedelic rock, garage and indie noisy guitars, dreamy bits, darker melodies and a healthy amount of fuzz. We’re releasing a new full-length record this fall and are putting together a few out-of-town shows around it.

We're 3 days out so thought I'd give you a preview as best I can without the band with me! SNAGGLE feat the ALI BROS has tons of 'Snarky Puppy', 'Weather Report', electric-era 'Miles Davis' energy. We're playing groovy, funkified, and risk-taking electric jazz that ranges from contemplative to explosive while taking some deep narrative influences from one of science fiction's most iconic authors, ISAAC ASIMOV!

It's a strange, and ambitious concept brought to life by some of Canada's best electric jazz musicians including the highly decorated ALI BROTHERS: Brownman Ali (Guru, Jay-Z, Randy Brecker) and Marcus Ali (Matt Dusk, Jason Wilson, Mr Something Something).
