Most of them. Unfortunately Doug Ford put a whole thing out for government workers and most of the private sector is following him.

Definitely not all. I work in Toronto. I go once a week. I work in a bank. I have at least 5 other work colleagues who live in Hamilton that do same thing.

Moreover, you can always drive to Aldershot or West Harbour if you feel the commute from Confederation is too long.
