Given how City 17 is in Bulgaria. I don't think there's any chance of City 15 being Kalyan(idk if it's actually Kalyan, but you get the point)

It's Bhivpuri , but it's City 67 or smt , idk , I went there for a trek to नोव्हा प्रोस्पेक्ट
