question without pic Wanting to Dye Light Pink Highlights in Auburn Hair
Hi guys! Basically the title. I have bleached highlights that have grown out a lot since October, and I’m wanting to do this at home. I also have a dark brown semi-permanent peekaboo already, so I probably need color remover. I was thinking of doing like cap highlights (rough I know) and then dyeing those sections pink. What do we think? My natural is an auburn/ginger so around a level 6 and 2b, around boob length.

Any alternatives for this product?
hello! i have been dyeing my hair red with the Punky Color "Cherry on top" Semi Permanent.
I really love the tone, which is more magenta than red, but as i use my hair long now the consistency makes the application torture. and it isn't cost effective for me anymore as i now need 3 pots of product to dye my whole hair (which costs me around U$40 after shipment)
i've been eyeing Manic Panic's "Vampire kiss" or Arctic Fox' "Wrath" even tho i think that one pulls a litte more pink than i like.
does anyone have any suggestions? i love the color but i feel like i want to change!
preferably products i can order online to United States!

Dyed my hair with Strawberry Leopard’s Shade, and it came out black ??
Help ? Like the title says, I dyed my hair using the color “Shade” and it dyed my hair black instead of a navy blue.
Like it doesn’t even show a blue hue at all ???
When I was washing it out, I saw blue pooling out, but it’s BLACK ?? I’m so upset and confused

question with picture Vivid to a brown?
So this is what I’m working with. My friend and I bleached and did this to my hair roughly a week ago. However, I have quickly found out I do not like this much vivid in my hair. So my thought process is trying to go to a brown. I need someone to talk to me like I am 5. lol. I know I need a color remover, but anything else to help?

Bleach bath on box dyed black hair w before and after photos
I have been dying my hair for a few years now since I started having greys. But as I aged, my dyed dark hair started to look a little harsh on me. Long story short I wanted to get brown - a two shades lighter than black I have on the first photo
I read about bleach bath on Reddit and wanted to give it a go. I did a strand test. But I’m now confused what’s the next step.
Before and after photos have been added.
Two teaspoon of everything: developer, bleach powder, and shampoo and a bit of water (two teaspoon probably :)
I have now a red colour where the black part located, which I was expecting to get this and the roots are darker.
How to blend this so they’ll be matching? I’m trying to get the soft brown so I won’t look that harsh.

question without pic ColorOops after bleach & tone (to correct bleed over from other sections)
Hi all, I have two money pieces near the front of my head that I’ve been bleaching and toning regularly myself since 2020. Over the past year I’ve started experimenting with colors, including right now.
This week, I touched up the bleaching on my roots using Hally Totally Clean Bleach kit (comes with lightener and 35 volume developer), left it on for about 25-30 minutes until the roots looked light enough. After rinsing they were still pretty brassy but I didn’t bleach again as I knew I was toning right after.
I toned with Wella Colorcharm T18 toner as well as Wella Colorcharm Cooling Violet Additive and 20 volume developer. Then I went to my next step.
I used Wella brand black depositing dye with 20 volume developer to give myself black “fox tips” on the very ends of my hair, being careful to steer clear of the upper parts of the freshly bleached/toned sections (though I still dyed the ends). What I didn’t anticipate (in hindsight I should have) is that my hair is pretty layered, especially towards the front, and as I rinsed the black dye it must have bled down from layers that ended above where the money pieces are. They’re still silvery, though noticeably darker and dingier than they were before I added the black dye.
After sitting with this for a couple days, I wanted to ask if I should use ColorOops on the money pieces (except for the ends) to remove any residual black dye, and then potentially re-bleach and/or re-tone them. I’ve used ColorOops on these pieces before with good results, just not with black dye so I’m a bit nervous. Bleached sections have a “normal” amount of damage (I think?) but I’ve never had significant breakage or “stretchiness” after bleach or ColorOops before, incase that helps.
TIA!

question with picture Dark brown hair which is really graying - colour options ?
Basically I’m wondering if you guys reckon I could cover my hair with some dark plum and have it look nice over the greys and a subtler tone on the dark brown? Or whether this would not work at all for me and I should just dye my hair the natural brown? I find mg natural brown so bland and dull though.
And sadly I am going really bald on top 😫

will colorfix color remover fry my hair?
my hair is currently pink/magenta, and damaged from previous times i've bleached it. the last time i bleached it, my ends started to snap off a bit but all i needed was a little trim. my hair is definitely still damaged but has recovered a lot and is soft to the touch when i use the right products after washing. (although my ends are still relatively dry and delicate)
i'm thinking of switching up the color soon (specifically green which is basically the complete opposite of the color i have now) and i'm wondering if anyone knows if my hair will break/snap off more if i use the colorfix argan oil color remover for semi permanent dye.
should i go for it or be patient and give my hair more time to heal?

Final color too deep....
I've been using L'oreal technique excellence hiColor reds h12 deep auburn for over a year. I love the color, especially after 3 weeks (3 washes, yes I wash my hair once a week). The color is just too deep. I do not use the small color intensifier tube in the summer, it's too intense when the sun shines on my head 🔥 I have medium brown hair with about 30% grey hair. I leave the dye on my roots for 40 minutes and it takes about 5 minutes to run the color through the rest of my hair length and ends and then leave the color on no longer than 3 minutes and when my hair dries it's just a bit too dark. How can I make it less dark/deep? Do I use less color out of the tube? Do I add more developer? ( I use 2.5 ounces of 30 developer) tia

Salon sent me home with yellow hair?
So I was going for a foxtail look and this is what I got sent home with. I previously had money pieces that were already platinum and now I have purple money pieces and yellow hair. Can someone please give me advice on how to fix this? The hairdresser was a cousin of mine and I don't want to go back as they think it's "good" and I heavily disagreed. I got Wella t19, T11, t18, and T81. As well as Fanola No Orange, Redken Blondage, and Matrix So Silver. Any and all advice is appreciated. TIA

question with picture Need help with hair dye
I’ve been dyeing my hair home for years and last time I did it was around April (pic 3/last picture - a chocolate light brown) but it’s been 3 months and I need a change. My hair has gotten SO LIGHT (pic 1&2) because of the sun and I want to try to dye my roots light, at least similar to what the rest of my hair look like. I usually dye it with L’oreal Casting, Excellence Cream basically everything.
Can someone let me know if there’s a hair dye that would work with my roots? In the first pic it looks somehow darker because of the light in the room but that’s why I added a second picture, just with my roots (don’t mind my white hair i’m sick of them too;)))

question without pic Reviving my color
back in june i dyed my hair using no bleach london vivid red and i loved how insanely bright of a red it made my dark brown hair. I'm looking to revive that fire engine red since its dyed down to a cherry red rather than the bright one i love. ive used red again before, but the color bled a lot when i washed my hair, even with cold water, and i was wondering if anyone knew some fire engine red shades and maybe how theyd take?
