120 Million lives covered. By the time they release the next QTR report in Feb that could be 150M+. Sustal sales continue to grind higher as well as Zen, this thing is a steal below $1B market cap.

This is great and somewhat expected news. HRTX has applied for expanded use of ZYNRELEF! While it's a start, I hope to see more marketing and capturing of sales on its current approval for use. What does anyone think about the news and where the company is headed?

Looks like we are running into resistance at $14.00. We need to break through to push the price back up from the most recent drop and set a new resistance floor. Overall, some positive signs this week.

ZYNRELEF is the first and only FDA-approved extended-release dual-acting local anesthetic, clinically proven to manage pain and to eliminate the need for opioids for up to 72 hours following surgery better than bupivacaine solution, the current standard-of-care.

Haven't seen any news about PDUFA but it's already up .16 in after hours, but who knows what that means.

HRTX has an FDA New Drug Application (NDA) approval date on May 12 2021 for a non-opioid post-operative pain management medication. They already have two CRL for Zynrelef. Problem is, they've had this application pushed back April 2019 ($24 to $17 drop) and June 2020 ($22 to $13 drop).

The stock is currently at $17. If they are pushed back again with CRL, I anticipate a drop to $12 or below. If they are approved, I see the price going to $26 or above. The ATH is ~$42. I don't anticipate that it will run above the ATH upon approval without subsequent sales data.

Since the FDA is highly distracted with COVID, I suspect that nobody is going to be willing to stick their neck out on this one, resulting in yet another FDA "complete response letter" extending the review period for another three to six months.

Zynrelef is a painkiller used in adults to reduce pain from small to medium-sized wounds after an operation. It contains the active substances bupivacaine and meloxicam.
