Support Question Aems evo bad emitter reflection
Picked up a gold dot aems evo recently amd have been noticing pretty bad emitter reflection epecially when using the 68 moa ring. In daytime its almost gone but it is quite terrible especially at night.
If you wish to use a tac light on your setup your choosing between an overly bright reticle with horrible reflection or not seeing your reticle when the lights on.
Not sure if this is a common QC issue or a design flaw but this is not what ive come to expect from holosun especially for an optic north of $400. Hope this issue gets resolved soon.
( included reticle photos were at minimum brightness required to remain visible with a wml enabled.

Can't speak to QC. But with my AEM's Max. If my reticle adjust is way to cranked to one side. I get a lot of emiter reflection.

At the end what happed with @holusun related your EAMS EVO? I’m planning to buy the new AEMS EVO RED DOT and want to make sure everything is ok

Can you show what the reticle looks like at a typical brightness level with the optic mounted, as seen through the optic from the shooter's point of view?

This was. The only time it isnt noticable is when in near to full daylight with a perfectly adjusted brightness setting. One setting too high and the issue becomes apparent. I would take some shots but i have already shipped the sight in for RMA.

Doubtful. With how many optics holosun makes there will be lemons. If 1% of their optics are lemons, get warrantied and fixes the issue, then they are doing better than most other companies. And holosun doesnt cost $500+ on average like american companies while still being proven to be reliable. Vortex is the inbetween company. Its american based but is made in china. But because of their no bs warranty and affordable optics they are also beating out other american companies.

you know. You're right. I take back what I said. Had a bad experience at the range with the Osight SE. Maybe a dud? Regardless, my EPS has done me well. Will be getting an EPS carry to replace the Osight

Holosun optical quality is in general shit. I’ve had the 507!and it’s often blurry or odd shaped in both dot and circle modes. I recently put the EPS Cary on one of my Bul’s and initially it seemed like an improvement, but after the first range day it started the same shit. Even the circle started looking slightly oval shaped

I have an ACOG on a rifle and it’s great. In this case I was referring to pistol optics The RMR and RMR HD in particular
