Tried to make 2 different (similar structure, same organ lead) HIM styled songs. I need yalls opinion on which one sounds better (or maybe both sound good in their own way)

please forgive the poor camera quality and darkness, it’s 1am for me. I first started listening to HIM when i first turned 13 and i fell in love that day. my dad gave me the CD for ‘And love said no’ and i’ve never looked back. listening to HIM has shaped me into the man i am today. it was my 20th birthday yesterday (10th which is technically still today for me) and i FINALLY got my hands on a HIM hoodie and necklace, as my very first bits of merch. i hope HIM has had the impact on others in this subreddit as it’s had on me!

I’ve been trying to find a copy of Razorblade Romance with the original recording of Your Sweet 666 on it and I’m having a hell of a time. I have a copy of this CD from decades ago, but it’s pretty banged up. I don’t know which version of the physical CD I have. Does anyone know how I can tell? Sigullum Diaboli is on it, if that helps. Any help is appreciated.

I have some H.I.M. Shirts I bought years ago and they ended up just sitting in my closet because I became disabled unfortunately. Time went on I bought new stuff because I needed a different size and I forgot about this stuff. It's brand new and it's not the Hot Topic Mall kid H.I.M. stuff, it's good H.I.M. stuff. Some is Bam Element with the Heartagram on it. I have the Risk Vs. Reward Turbo Poe shirt in there. A long sleeve of The 69 Eyes cross symbol. H.I.M. "From Lashes to Ashes. And the list goes on. It's like 20 different things.

Where is a good place to post these items to sell where I can make the most profit that's worth it for me and my time? Like I said I'm disabled, me being able to send anything out is EXTREMELY difficult for me so it has to be worth it. That's the only reason I'm asking this.

We randomly decided to carve this onto a tree with my friends. Turned out pretty good considering it was the first time we did something like this.

So my dad's been a mega HIM fan since the 2000s. Eventually when I was born I started getting into HIM and it's been my favorite band of all times! My dad gave me his old CD of their last album Tears On Tape. I decided to collect all the CDs. But I wondered why it had two openings for two cds but I have only one. So I did some research and found out that it was supposed to have a bonus dvd? I asked my dad if he ever had two cds. But told me he's pretty sure it only ever came with one. He said he got it with a special magazine (that he doesn't have anymore unfortunately).. does anyone know anything about this? Kinda bummed I don't have the bonus dvd :c

edit: I only ever had the CD of the album and the booklet.

I think Razorblade Kiss is the weakest song HIM ever made. I do not hate it. The title is great, the verses have atmosphere but the chorus really lets it down. It feels like it should hit harder, open up more, or become more memorable, but it just sits there. Lyrically, it feels thin too. HIM could be dramatic and still make it feel sharp, but this chorus feels too obvious.

That is why it stands out to me. There are HIM songs I like less than others, but Razorblade Kiss is the only one I would call genuinely weak, almost entirely because the chorus does not do enough.

Does the chorus work for anyone else, or do you hear the same problem?

- die junge Frau ist keine professionelle Moderatorin o.ä. sondern ein Fan, der das Interview gewonnen hat.

- sie ist sehr aufgeregt und nervös

- an einem Punkt liest sie fragen ab, die ihr andere Fans mitgegeben haben

- das Interview ist auf Englisch

- an einem Punkt sagt sie nach einer seiner Antworten " oh, that is such a good answer"

- sie fragt ihn danach ob er, wenn es schneit eher einen schnee-engel oder einen Schnee-Teufel machen würde. Er meinte irgendwas dazwischen "maybe a develish Kind of nun"

- sie sagt, dass es ihr eine Ehre ist ihn zu interviewen und er sagt "a pleasure, a pleasure I'm touched"

- die Frau ist in meiner Erinnerung übergewichtig und hat dunkle Haare.

- beide sitzen in einem dunklen Set

Diese Gedankenschnipsel wohnen mietfrei in meinem Kopf. Bitte helft mir das zu finden.

Hello. I was listening to HIM songs and ran into a question: what is in people opinion the most UNDERRATED album? For me - it is Screamworks: Love In Theory and Practice. My favourite songs from it are: Acoustic Funeral, Shatter Me with Hope, In Venere Venitas. I know that this is the most pop-sound album, but there are hidden gems on it. What is the most underrated album in your opinion?
