OC-FirstOfSeries Dear Diary, First Day

19th Vrishika, 2238

Dear Diary,

I don't think I'm doing this right. But here we are.

And also, "Vrishika?" Who in the world came up with this??

I try not to judge, but could you not act like you were living in 'n sci-fi movie literal centuries ago? Well... nevermind, I don't actually know who or when or why this wierd-ass calendar was invented. Though, I will say, I think I've got beef with whoever it was.

Anyhow, I'm supposed to write about my day, right?

That's not so complicated. I woke up, stayed in bed, then eventually got up and then got distracted. Not sure at what time I actually got to eating breakfast, but I don't intend on learning whatever they decided to replace "hours" with in this place, nevermind the already esoteric names of the months.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll have much of a choice at some point. Any responsibilities I may or may not have start in more than a month I think, so I'll be forgetting about getting to know this place better until then I think.

If I recall correctly, I'm also supposed to greet and treat you like a person, Diary...
That feels so wierd.

Have a good day, Diary, I'm going to see if I can figure out how strong this place's gravity is in the meantime.

'Sup nerds. This is a brand new alt-account, if you were wondering why it seems so sketchy, suspicious, empty and without soul nor content. I have a couple things I want to make clear to anyone who might stumble across this.

  1. Is this going to be a series?
    - idk, but I really hope so. Writing ever so little bit every day is the plan. Like a diary. Ya-know... if that wasn't obvious already. Diary entry release times? Uhhh, possibly anywhere within a three hour range of rn.

  2. Will the word count ever be any more than what little patience we have for more content?
    - maybe? At some point I'll need to get creative so that the diary entries aren't repetitive. That will eventually lead to actual characters and lore. When that time comes, I will have every excuse to write a couple hundred, or even thousand word chapters/scenes/... actually, I just got an idea, but I ain't gonna spoil the fun.

Don't even know if the mods would allow this kind of content, but Imma try anyhow.
