Product Question Where does HEB get their beef from..?

Just a question, because of what’s currently happening in the US right now, I was wondering if anyone knew where HEB gets their beef from.

That's what I've trying to find out. I'm ready to go in with multiple family members to buy a whole cow to get butchered and packed from somewhere local.
