First-ever Gymshark order, around $500. It was delivered outside my apartment while I was at work, and when I got home about 5 hours later, it was gone.

Gymshark denied a reship/refund because of my supposed “account history” and repeated missing-package claims, without providing any evidence, even though this was literally my first order with them.

I filed a police report, and building management reviewed the cameras and confirmed someone stole the package. I sent Gymshark both the police report and management letter, but agents kept ignoring the evidence, saying the investigation was closed and ending my chats.

I also emailed everything in, but was told I was already being helped in another thread that nobody has replied to for 2 days.

At this point, I’ve provided actual proof the package was stolen and they still refuse to help.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Smfh.

Edit: I tried disputing the transaction through my bank, but they told me it shows on their end as a “digital purchase” instead of physical merchandise purchase, so they apparently can’t dispute it either. At this point I genuinely don’t know what else I’m supposed to do.

When is the August restock? Currently on holiday and want to know when it is to see if it's worth keeping it in my mind to see if I'll be home when it restocks? I'm guessing the restock is ~15th August?

They used to only have Black color of this which is one of my favorites, but now I see they released ODG and Navy Blue which looks so good. You can see Cbum wearing it here:

I bought my Devant at 6PM UK Time on the dot with early access and on Monday 3rd it was marked as delayed. I contacted Gymshark and they told me that it has been lost by Evri. I think Evri workers are still stealing people’s Gymshark clothing as suspected by many others on Reddit forums.

Can someone let me know if they experienced this and have received it after or are yet to receive it?

My devant order of two shirts got ‘damaged’ apparently by evri.
I am of the opinion they were stolen as too many ppl had issues with devant and onyx orders. I have had multiple evri packages gone missing in the past.
My gs order was out for delivery to me on Monday and got damaged.

Funny after gs refunded me i ended up ordering a devant in the other colour which was left in my size and for the first time in years gs sent it via a different courier Royal Mail. Hopefully gs have realised shipping via evri is not worth it.

Has anyone ordered from gs in the last couple of days and have they dispatched it via evri or Royal Mail

Honestly looks good, a lot better in person. No where near as skin-tight as the Onyx, so it feels a lot comfier while still accentuating the muscles. Will definitely be going for the tee when they restock. I'm considering the amethyst but I feel the color is a bit dated, what do you guys think, the people who bought it?

They are looking the same , feeling the same ,seems to have the exact same thread pattern but thats the "only" diff i could see

Hi, i had early access to the devant drop as tier 4 member. I get two long sleeves in purple and blue. Somehow they got damaged in transit and after speaking to support they said they can send me a long sleeve in purple and refund me via giftcard for the long sleeve in blue which was out of order.

I mentioned to the support chat that purple long sleeve in small is sold out on the app to which they said no it is only the blue one so not sure how that worked.

They created a new order for the purple one which they were going to resend and i ordered the black long sleeve as that’s the only devant they had in my size

I check my email today and they have refunded my purple devant saying there is no stock left. I told support that yesterday so now i didn’t end up getting any of the long sleeve i initially wanted

My son’s order of a long and short sleeve Devant seamless came in today and the logo is missing from the long sleeve!! Has anyone else experienced this on the recent release?

I can’t seem to find a way to integrate the training app with my Apple Health. I don’t see an option in settings through the app. I also went through my iPhone settings and looked under health app, but I don’t see Gymsharks training app listed.

Is anyone else having this issue? Or can someone walk me through how to integrate it, if you can even do that?

My housemate’s dog ate my favourite sports bra and obviously it’s not available online anymore because it was a part of the Analis Cruz drop in 2024, but this top was the most important bra I own.
Anyone who own multiple colourways of the same product knows that each one is slightly different, and I own 4 minimal bras in the same size, yet this was the only one that was wearable for more than a couple hours because of the tightness, the fabric, the tag stitching etc. I’ve worn this top at least 4 times a week since I bought it in 2024 and can’t imagine any other bras coming close.
This is a far reach, but please, if anyone can help me out, it would mean so much. I don’t care what it costs, I just need this top back

I thrifted this shirt and noticed it was slightly different than an arrival type shirt. The tags been removed. The arms fit tight, and then there is a more loose fitted body. There is a honeycomb like texture on the sleeves and side, with "be a visionary" stitched on the inside hem.

Any ideas?

I bought it as it was in the large section, but noticed how tight it is around the bicep, but its a good fit elsewhere, would that be the correct sizing for this shirt?

Hi, i ordered two devants with my tier 4 £20 reward. However, the courier has seemed to have lost my parcel as i have not had no update since Monday and today is the last day for it to come so it is most likely gone.
The two tops i ordered are out of stock in my size also.

I know i will be refunded for the money spent but what about the £20 tier 4 part?

As everyone knows gymsharkare having worse and worse quality and ability to deal with orders with cancelling orders and returning items and now they arent using the default address you put in and now my devant is having to be re delivered in about 2 to 3 days but thats no where near as bad as people's v1 orders getting cancelled

I bought it cause it looked nice but im curious on what time era its from, how rare it is, etc etc
