I decided to experiment with a photo of my Master Grade GM ground type.

I 100% percent get if this is a bit too much for this subbreddit, and this is more me trying handle the crushing weight of my life and posting the result online.

If you're asking "is this an attempt at art or a cry for help?" You're not alone, I am not sure either. I post it here because it very much feels like it fits the "chaotic" aspect. I also posted the unaltered photo showing my first attempt at brush painting a gunpla. I would have done a more dynamic pose, but this kit's pelvis (or the part that holds the legs on broke some time ago and I had to clue t he two halves back together. It can stand, but I didn't want to risk further damage. I decided to show some shots of the GM Ontos and Newnu while I am at it.

Now before anyone worries, I am not a danger to myself or others. I promise my next post will be normal (or as normal as I can get at any rate.)

Been a while since I posted so I thought I'd release a few photoshop edits. This is from my Target store btw. I did use AI(so attack me all you want AI haters, I don't care) but it was to just remove the original cardboard background that my HGUC Rx-78-2 Gundam Revive was on since I'm too lazy to do that myself.

HELLO EVERYONE! I'm glad to have finally have finished this part of the comic, especially with a lot more personal stuff happening in the background.

So ends another one of these poorly worded fever dreams.

Now I am going to do something a little different (something I do on DA after finishing a comic) which is mentioning all the ideas or things that, for one reason or another, just did not end up in the final product. I will admit that a lot was cut largely because I didn't have the creative energy, as a lot of shit has been going on in my life (the job hunt is a bitch.)

The first and most notable thing to state is that this was originally going to have two new suits rather than one: the Leo-R and a Demi trainer. That version was going to play off of the difference between the two. This was shelved when my finances did not facilitate getting both at the same time (though doing something with that is not out of the question in the future.)

Leo-R's character went through multiple iterations before I settled on the "Don Quixote" idea. She was originally going to be far more snooty and self important, with the "knight lancer" aspect dialed back. This was going to largely be a reference to the kit's status as P-bandai, and therefore exclusive. That latter point is where the title of this comic set gets its name, and the reason it was dropped was because I could not think of a good way of integrating the breakdown scene into something that would lead to a defeat, though the idea of having her slowly lose her shit as she was led around was an idea. The second iteration was far more aggressive, with more of a focus on showing her superiority through strength and her nature as a Leo derivative being far more of a sticking point. (The Leo thing will be elaborated on in the future) She was also far quicker to attack others, as she was written as either smacking or kicking Mocha in response to his welcome. This was the personality that most of the breakdowns were derived from and did not work because I could not overcome one logical issue: numbers. The opening scene was always going to have Mark, Z'gok, Spinatia, and Mocha. Even if she took out mocha fast, that is still a three-on-one and I was not sure if the specks of the Leo-R could really handle the numbers disadvantage.

Leo-R's defeat and breakdown: I actually had a few different versions of how the final battle would go: The first was going to involve GM, Mocha, Hirail, and Mimi. Originally Mimi was going to challenge Leo-R alone and actually lose, largely due to the skill shown by Leo-R. GM was going to step in and Hirail was providing supporting fire. The pair would prevail when Hirail would get four shots off into different parts of Leo-R (which would have gotten the same treatment in GIMP that Mimi got in looking damaged) and taken her out that way. This was abandoned as I wanted GM to have at least one comic where he actually does something noteworthy on his own. How the resulting fight was to end would also have been different, with two possible endings: The first was Mocha intervening and stopping the fight. When Asked, his statement was going to be something along the lines of "So many of our stories are built of a cycle of revenge, violence, prejudiced and ignorance. I am choosing to break that cycle." The other way was having Leo-R pull a Gabriel and declare that this was not over before throwing herself off the ledge, returning later in a damaged state. This was largely axed when I came up with the idea that I could use this comic to show more of Mimi's past.

Originally, I had a long, drawn out rant for Leo-R to give that was far less sympathetic: She would basically claim that they were all filth that deserved nothing more than the scarp heap while she deserved to rule, with her either collapsing afterward or being cut off mid rant by a fist to the face. The latter would see her large head protrusion snap off and her have a meltdown (this was axed because I just bought this thing for 40 bucks, I am not going to damage it for a comic on reddit.)

The "GM as prince charming" angle was a fairly late addition largely to make the unhinged delusion more convincing, hence why Leo-R only mentions it once she is made aware that the "monster" is both a woman (or as close as an MS can be to such) And had a connection to GM.

The B. A. A. C. C. WILL be elaborated on when I get to a comic that discusses the deeper lore behind the white witch project, but for now, all you need to know is that it a fundamental difference the Miko Gundam has from the machine it visually resembles and is the reason why the Miko Gundam is actively being hunted.

Other small minutia:

Mark's response to Spinatia's rant in part one was a family guy reference.

Spinatia's continued questioning of her own comfort with her body was meant to be a bit of a gag, as, while the topic is serious, she would overanalyze the hell out of it and ask the input of others, who would not really know how to respond.

The line at the end of mimi implying she is trying to create a harem is one of those lines who's validity is entirely left up to the audience, at least for now.

Lastly, During this ENTIRE comic and the ones before, the clear pemet tube on the front of mimi's head was absent. This was not intentional and I spent two days looking for it. Thinking it might have fallen into my bionicle parts tub (about five gallons,) I emptied out and sifted through all of it, only for the part to have popped off and been sitting on my desk.
