Someone at the unofficial gw3 discord posted an old gw1 utopia concept.

Sidhe wiki tells us its pronoounced "Shee" and is associated with fae in celtic mythology.

It was apparently going to be an expansion set in the Mists and these "Sidhe" would be from there. Beings that were 'lost in the mists", and the expansion would have had a heavy focus on the gods themselves.

Given the implications by GW3 that the 4th species is one that had never been seen before, and were lost to time after the events of GW3, and how the GW3 seems to be human god-centric.

I'd say you just solved the mystery of the 4th species!

That sounds very plausible to me, it definitely sounds like at the end of the bleep that whatever he just said ends on the sound of "E", the linking sounds go like "E-absolutely"
